Cody’s ‘Rosita’ Cocktail Recipe
A modern classic, tequila-based with negroni vibes. Enjoy a Rosita the minute the mood strikes.
Ingredients
45 ml Reposado tequila
15 ml Sweet vermouth
15 ml Dry vermouth
15 ml Campari
1 dash Angostura bitters
Method
In a mixing glass, add tequila reposado, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, Campari, and a dash of Angostura bitters if desired
Add ice
Stir well
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass with a large ice cube
Garnish with a grapefruit slice to finish
