Like any place built for pleasure and leisure, the bar is the anchor.
LOS’ tequila and mezcal collection runs deep — over 350 bottles — slowly shaped through careful sourcing and long-standing relationships. It is one of the strongest agave collections in the country, but more than that, it intentionally threads through and settles into everything here. You can come in knowing exactly what you want, or not at all, and land somewhere good either way.
The cocktails follow that same instinct. Bright, loose, built around citrus, spice and fresh aromatics, where agave leads and Southeast Asian notes fall in step — lime and chilli, guava and salt, a touch of smoke running underneath. Flavours that may be hard to place at first, the kind you don’t quite make at home, yet feel familiar anyway. There’s enough detail under the surface designed to hold your attention for repeat rounds, for settling in and staying a while.
Built to stand up to our longstanding, carefully tended tequila and mezcal collection, the food highlights flavours that hold their ground like smoke, citrus, salt, heat - top notes that carry through to the drinks.
There are tacos, small plates, things built for the table, now more clearly drawing the line between Mexico and Southeast Asia that has always been part of the building, pulled up from sAme sAme below and reflecting the well loved back bar.
Pork jowl and lime, corn and chilli, coconut and char, ingredients that move back and forth without needing to settle. Corn ribs finished with nahm jim, sauces that sit somewhere between salsa and something with a bit more spice of with herbs, roasted rice, citrus. There is sizzle from the charcoal, brightness through it, heat that lingers without taking over, not unlike the margaritas you already know.
The music takes up its place and settles right in step with the food and drink around it.
You’ll catch a Latin sound running through it, drifting in with older records, newer cuts, things that carry warmth, movement, and a bit of weight behind them. Less about where it’s from but more about how, before long, you find yourself moving with it.
Early, it stretches out with beats slower, more open. As things build, it follows, doors open, drinks land and before long, it’s late, and the room has that heavy, familiar pull.

Our passion for tequila and agave runs deep up here, ranging over 360 different bottles from interesting and smaller producers, as well as the big names. Weekly sets from DJ’s ensure the vibes are always fun. Dance, whilst you can have a snack and a sip looking out over Ada Lane.
