At Biànca the food is focussed on perfecting simple, classic Italian dishes with a nod to the Australian climate and dining sphere, honouring fresh produce and seasonality. We source all of our ingredients from local growers and producers, honouring quality over everything.

It is an important part of Biànca to work from the foundation up, creating our own pastas and breads all in house. Like all our restaurants, it is best to share, selecting from an extensive antipasti menu to accompany our wood-fired breads, pastas and second.

Drinking at Biànca is as fun as it is thoughtful. The wines are convivial and smart; Italian in provenance or variety, they serve to complement the dishes as beautifully as they would poured into a tumbler whilst sitting in the Italian sunshine, or into a beautiful Burgundy glass. The cocktails are seasonal and use local ingredients, serving as perfect aperitifs or digestifs to accompany the meal. Nothing like starting with a spritz! Come, sit and stay for a while.

We love a party, and we’d love to have you host yours at Biànca.

Biànca has a private dining room upstairs away from the main restaurant that can accommodate up to 36 people seated. Guests in our private dining room are required to dine from our set menu and meet a minimum spend. If you’d like the book out the entire restaurant, you’re more than welcome to as well. We can provide an exclusive venue book out, for up to 90 people.

Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Ada Lane, capturing the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm and colourful setting. The compact and pink design nods to the architecture of both ancient and contemporary Italy.
