hôntô Menus

hôntô is inspired by contemporary Japanese cuisine and dining culture. On the menu, you’ll find interpretation of classic Japanese dishes with seasonal flourishes, always prioritising local ingredients. Diners can encircle our beautiful “Raw Bar” and watch the talented team flaunt their knife work, or they can slink behind the “shou sugi ban”* treated table by the other, larger open kitchen. As with all of our restaurants, we encourage shared dining in order to see the full scope of the considered menu.
