At sAme sAme we don’t just cook Thai food. Head chef Arté Assavakavinvong and his team capture this by using the best produce available and traditional cooking methods. The team works tirelessly to create an experience that captures all of the influences and intricacies the endlessly inspiring country of Thailand has to offer. Thai cuisine and dining culture is immensely varied and explorative, due to its climate, geography and culture. Arté captures that diversity using authentic ingredients cooked over coals and in searing-hot woks. The menu offers diners favourites and seasonal specials that encourage returning and new diners alike.
