General Prize Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The “12 Days of Anyday” promotion (Promotion) is conducted by Anyday Group Services Pty Ltd trading as Anyday (Promoter).
Any enquiries regarding the Promotion may be directed to the Promoter through the contact details available on the Anyday website.
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Monday 28 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 9 October 2026 (Promotion Period).
The total prize pool is approximately AUD $40,000.
Eligibility
Entry into the Promotion is open exclusively to Queensland residents who:
are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry; and
complete a Qualifying Reservation at a participating Anyday venue during the Promotion Period.
Employees of Anyday, participating venues, their immediate family members, and any person involved in the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
A “Qualifying Reservation” means a dine-in reservation made at a participating Anyday venue during the Promotion Period that:
is completed by the guest;
is recorded under the entrant’s name; and
includes the contact details provided as part of the reservation process.
Eligible diners who complete a Qualifying Reservation will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable daily prize draw for the date of their completed reservation.
The entrant must be the person named on the reservation or the person identified by the venue at the time of dining.
Entry is conditional upon the entrant attending and completing the dining experience.

The French Exit
Each completed Qualifying Reservation constitutes one (1) entry into the applicable draw. Eligible entrants may accumulate multiple entries by completing multiple Qualifying Reservations during the Promotion Period.
Walk-in guests may be eligible to enter where the venue records the guest’s name and required contact details at the time of dining.
Cancelled reservations, no-shows or reservations not completed by the guest will not qualify as valid entries.
Prize Draws & Winner Selection
All prize draws conducted as part of the Promotion will be conducted by electronic random draw from all eligible entries received for the relevant draw period.
Each daily prize draw will correspond to the advertised daily prize allocated for that date.
Daily prize draws will be conducted following each trading day during the Promotion Period. All eligible entries received from Qualifying Reservations completed on that trading day will be included in the corresponding daily prize draw.
Each daily prize draw will award one (1) daily prize from the available prize pool.
The Grand Prize draw will be conducted electronically at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, excluding any entrant who has previously won a prize.
Winners will be selected at random using the electronic draw process and no element of skill or discretion will be applied in selecting winners.
Winners will be contacted directly using the email address and/or telephone number associated with their reservation.
Winners may also be announced via Anyday’s official Instagram Stories and participating venue Instagram Stories for up to twenty-four (24) hours following the relevant draw. The winner’s first name and first initial of their surname may be published for the purpose of announcing the Promotion winner.
One Prize Per Winner
Each entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize only during the Promotion.
Once an entrant has been selected as a winner of any prize, they will no longer be eligible to win any further prizes, including any remaining daily prize draws or the Grand Prize.
Any subsequent entries submitted by a previous prize winner will be excluded from any remaining prize draws.
Grand Prize Draw
At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The Grand Prize draw will include all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, excluding any entrant who has previously won a prize under the Promotion.
Each completed Qualifying Reservation constitutes one (1) entry into the Grand Prize draw, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.
Eligible entrants may accumulate multiple entries by completing multiple Qualifying Reservations during the Promotion Period.
The Grand Prize winner will be contacted directly using the email address and/or telephone number associated with their reservation.
The Grand Prize winner may also be announced via Anyday’s official Instagram Stories and participating venue Instagram Stories for up to twenty-four (24) hours following the draw. The winner’s first name and first initial of their surname may be published for the purpose of announcing the promotion winner.
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number associated with their Qualifying Reservation.
Winners will also be announced via Anyday’s official Instagram Stories and participating venue Instagram Stories.
The winner’s first name and first initial of their surname may be published for the purpose of announcing Promotion winners.
Anyday is not responsible where a winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated contact details provided by the entrant.
Claiming Prizes
Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified to confirm acceptance of their prize.
If a winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, is unable to satisfy the prize conditions, or is otherwise ineligible, Anyday reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Anyday may request evidence of eligibility from a winner, including proof of Queensland residency, age and identity, before confirming a prize award. A winner who cannot satisfy the eligibility requirements may be deemed ineligible and an alternative winner may be selected.
Prize Redemption
All prizes must be redeemed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the applicable prize-specific conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, prizes are valid only at the Anyday venue or location associated with the relevant prize.
Experience-based prizes require advance booking and are subject to venue availability, capacity limits, operational requirements and blackout dates.
Winners are responsible for arranging redemption within the applicable redemption period.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a prize, including travel, accommodation, transport, parking or personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
Food & Beverage Experiences
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all food and beverage experiences included as part of a prize are curated by the relevant venue.
Food selections will be determined by the venue’s chefs and beverage selections will be determined by the venue’s beverage team.
Selections are subject to seasonal availability, menu changes and operational requirements.
Guests must advise the relevant venue of any dietary requirements, allergies or food restrictions at the time of booking. The venue will use reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements where possible but cannot guarantee that all requirements, preferences or requests can be accommodated.
General Prize Conditions
Proof of identity and confirmation of winning may be required before prizes can be redeemed.
Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other monetary value.
Anyday reserves the right to vary, substitute, postpone or replace any prize element where required due to circumstances beyond Anyday’s reasonable control, including venue availability, menu changes, staffing requirements, operational requirements, event changes or unforeseen circumstances.
Any substitute prize or prize element will be of equal or greater value where reasonably possible.
All prizes remain subject to venue availability, capacity limits and operational requirements.
Alcohol & Responsible Service
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws apply to all alcohol-related prizes and experiences.
Anyday and participating venues reserve the right to refuse alcohol service where required under applicable RSA obligations.
Guests must be eighteen (18) years or older to consume alcohol.
Privacy
By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that Anyday will use the personal information provided as part of their reservation (including their name, email address and telephone number) for the purpose of administering the promotion, including verifying eligibility, conducting prize draws, contacting winners and facilitating prize redemption.
If an entrant is selected as a winner, they acknowledge and consent to their first name and first initial of their surname being published via Anyday’s official Instagram Stories and participating venue Instagram Stories for the purpose of announcing the promotion winners.
Personal information may be accessed and used by Anyday and participating venues where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Anyday’s Privacy Policy.
Promotion Changes & Disruptions
Anyday reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Where practicable, changes will be communicated through Anyday’s official channels.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anyday excludes liability arising from participation in the Promotion or redemption of a prize, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
12 Days of Anyday | Specific Prize Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply to each individual prize offered as part of the “12 Days of Anyday” Promotion.
These Specific Prize Terms & Conditions must be read together with the General Prize Terms & Conditions for the Promotion.
Food & Beverage Experiences
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all food and beverage experiences included as part of a prize are subject to the Food & Beverage Experiences conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, all prizes commence from Monday 12 October 2026. Redemption dates remain subject to venue availability, advance booking requirements and any specific conditions applicable to the individual prize.
Prize 1 | A Year of Coffee & Bread at Idle
Prize
The prize entitles the winner to receive:
One (1) standard coffee per calendar day for twelve (12) months at Idle; and
One (1) bread loaf per week for twelve (12) months at Idle.
Prize Conditions
The prize is valid exclusively at Idle, New Farm, Queensland.
The prize must be redeemed personally by the named winner.
The prize period commences on Monday 12 October 2026.
Photo identification and prize confirmation details will be required when redeeming the prize.
The coffee entitlement is limited to one (1) standard coffee per calendar day.
A standard coffee includes coffee from Idle’s standard coffee offering and may be redeemed for takeaway. Any upgrades, additions or alternative beverages are excluded unless approved by Idle.
Unused coffee entitlements do not accumulate, roll over or carry forward and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.
The bread entitlement is limited to one (1) bread loaf per week.
Bread selection is subject to Idle’s available offering at the time of redemption.
Unused bread entitlements do not accumulate, roll over or carry forward and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.
Bread loaves must be collected during the applicable week and cannot be deferred or accumulated for future collection.
The prize is available during normal trading hours only and remains subject to venue availability and operational requirements.
Anyday and Idle reserve the right to refuse redemption where misuse or abuse of the prize is identified.
Prize 2 | 15 x $100 Anyday Prize Vouchers
Prize
The prize entitles the winner to receive:
Fifteen (15) Anyday Prize Vouchers valued at $100 each.
Prize Conditions
The prize is valid only for the named winner.
The vouchers are valid exclusively at the following Anyday venues:

Golden Avenue

Idle
sAme sAme
The French Exit
Each voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction.
Multiple vouchers may be redeemed in a single transaction unless otherwise determined by Anyday.
Any unused balance remaining on a voucher after redemption is forfeited.
The vouchers must be used within the applicable redemption period communicated to the winner.
The vouchers are subject to venue availability, booking requirements and operational requirements.
Prize 3 | Biànca Pasta Masterclass & Lunch for 6
Prize
The prize entitles six (6) people, including the winner, to receive one (1) shared pasta masterclass and dining experience consisting of:
A pasta masterclass experience hosted by the Biànca culinary team; and
A chef’s selection of food and beverages at Biànca.
Prize Conditions
The prize is valid exclusively at Biànca, Brisbane, Queensland.
The prize must be redeemed during a single dining experience attended by the winner.
The winner must contact the Biànca Guest Relations and Events team to arrange redemption of the experience.
Advance booking is required.
The food selection will be determined by Biànca’s chefs and the beverage selection will be determined by Biànca’s beverage team.
Food and beverage selections are subject to seasonal availability, menu changes and operational requirements.
The experience is limited to six (6) people in total, including the winner.

The prize entitles eight (8) people, including the winner, to receive one (1) shared banquet and saké pairing experience consisting of:
A hôntô banquet dining experience; and
A saké pairing experience curated by the hôntô beverage team.
Prize Conditions
The prize is valid exclusively at hôntô, Brisbane, Queensland.
The prize must be redeemed during a single dining experience attended by the winner.
The winner must contact the hôntô Guest Relations and Events team to arrange redemption.
Advance booking is required.
The banquet food selection will be determined by hôntô’s chefs and the beverage selection, including the saké pairing, will be determined by hôntô’s beverage team.
Food and beverage selections are curated by hôntô and guests are not entitled to request specific menu items, beverages or substitutions as part of the prize.
Selections are subject to seasonal availability, menu changes and operational requirements.
The experience is limited to eight (8) people in total, including the winner.
Guests must advise of dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. hôntô will use reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.

The experience must be redeemed in a single booking attended by the winner.

The prize entitles ten (10) people, including the winner, to receive one (1) shared dining experience consisting of:
A terrace drinks and snacks experience at Agnes; and
A chef’s selection of food and beverages curated by Agnes’ chefs and beverage team.
Prize Conditions
The prize is valid exclusively at Agnes, Brisbane, Queensland.
The experience must be redeemed in a single booking attended by the winner.
The winner must contact the Agnes Guest Relations and Events team to arrange redemption of the experience within the applicable prize period.
Advance booking is required and is subject to venue availability, capacity limits and operational requirements.
The experience is limited to ten (10) people in total, including the winner.
The experience duration is limited to two (2) hours.
The food selection will be determined by Agnes’ chefs and the beverage selection will be determined by Agnes’ beverage team.
Food and beverage selections are curated by Agnes and guests are not entitled to request specific menu items, beverages or substitutions as part of the prize.

Prize
The prize entitles six (6) people, including the winner, to receive one (1) shared Le Royale experience consisting of:
A cocktail masterclass experience at Le Royale; and
A $500 Le Royale bar tab to be redeemed during the same booking following completion of the masterclass.
Prize Conditions
The prize is valid exclusively at Le Royale, Brisbane, Queensland.
The experience must be redeemed in a single booking attended by the winner.
The winner must contact the Le Royale events team to arrange redemption of the experience within the applicable prize period.
Advance booking is required and is subject to venue availability, capacity limits and operational requirements.
The experience is limited to six (6) people in total, including the winner.
The cocktail masterclass must take place prior to Le Royale opening to the public.
The cocktail masterclass content, featured cocktails and beverage selections will be determined by the Le Royale team and are subject to seasonal availability and operational requirements.
The $500 bar tab must be redeemed during the same booking as the cocktail masterclass.
Any unused portion of the bar tab will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward, credited or exchanged.
All participants must be eighteen (18) years or older.
Any additional food, beverages or upgrades outside the included prize offering are at the winner’s expense.
Prize 8 | Golden Avenue Catered Home Experience
Prize
The prize entitles six (6) people, including the winner, to receive one (1) shared private catered home dining experience consisting of:
A catered home dining experience; and
A chef’s selection of food and beverages curated by Golden Avenue.
Prize Conditions
The prize is valid only for a private residence located within Brisbane, Queensland.
Golden Avenue may decline locations outside its usual catering service area or where delivery, staffing or operational requirements cannot reasonably be accommodated.
The winner may be required to provide the residential address before booking confirmation to allow Golden Avenue to assess service requirements.
The experience must be redeemed at a private residence attended by the winner.
Advance booking is required and is subject to Golden Avenue catering availability, staffing requirements, operational requirements and suitable service dates.
The winner is responsible for ensuring the private residence is suitable for the experience, including appropriate access, facilities and any reasonable requirements communicated by Golden Avenue before the event date.
The experience is limited to six (6) people in total, including the winner.
The food selection will be determined by Golden Avenue’s chefs and the beverage selection will be determined by Golden Avenue’s beverage team.
Food and beverage selections are curated by Golden Avenue and guests are not entitled to request specific menu items, beverages or substitutions as part of the prize.
Selections are subject to seasonal availability, menu changes and operational requirements.
The prize does not include venue hire, furniture hire, additional staffing, cleaning services or other services unless expressly stated.
Any additional food, beverages, services, staffing requirements or upgrades outside the included prize offering are at the winner’s expense.
Prize 9 | Anyday Annual Events Package for 4
Prize
The prize allows the winner and three (3) guests to attend each of the specified Anyday events:
Melbourne Cup 2026;
New Year’s Eve 2026; and
Valentine’s Day 2027.
Prize Conditions
The prize is valid for the named winner and three (3) guests only.
The prize allows the winner and three (3) guests to attend each of the specified Anyday events.
The winner must nominate their three (3) guests prior to attending the first applicable event, if required by Anyday.
Event dates, locations, inclusions, seating arrangements and event formats are determined by Anyday and may be subject to change due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond Anyday’s reasonable control.
Attendance is subject to any applicable booking requirements, event conditions and venue rules.
The winner and all guests attending the events must be eighteen (18) years or older.
Unless otherwise stated, the prize includes event attendance only. Any additional food, beverages, upgrades, transport, accommodation or personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.
If the winner or any guest does not attend a specified event, that portion of the prize will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed retrospectively, exchanged or converted into any other value.
Entry remains subject to venue requirements, responsible service obligations and venue discretion.
Prize 10 | A Year of LOS: $300 Monthly Bar Tab
Prize
The prize entitles the winner to receive:
One (1) $300 bar tab allocation during each calendar month for twelve (12) consecutive months.
Prize Conditions
The prize is valid only for the named winner and must be redeemed personally by the winner.
The prize is valid exclusively at LOS, Brisbane, Queensland.
The prize commences on Monday 12 October 2026 and includes one (1) $300 bar tab allocation per calendar month for twelve (12) months.
Each monthly bar tab allocation must be redeemed during a single visit.
Unused monthly bar tab allocations do not accumulate, roll over, carry forward or extend the prize period and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.
Any unused balance remaining from a monthly bar tab allocation is forfeited and cannot be credited, carried forward or exchanged for cash or any other monetary value.
The prize cannot be transferred, gifted, sold or redeemed by another person.
Bookings are required and are subject to LOS venue availability, capacity limits and operational requirements.
The prize cannot be redeemed during blackout dates, peak trading periods, public holidays, special events, private functions or other restricted dates as determined by LOS.
Any expenditure exceeding the $300 AUD monthly bar tab allocation is the responsibility of the winner.
Additional food, beverages or upgrades outside the included prize offering are at the winner’s expense.
Alcohol service remains subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements and venue discretion.
Anyday reserves the right to refuse redemption where misuse, abuse or fraudulent use of the prize is identified.
Prize 11 | sAme sAme Chef's Table Experience for 8
Prize
The prize entitles eight (8) people, including the winner, to receive one (1) shared chef’s table dining experience consisting of:
A chef’s table dining experience at sAme sAme; and
A chef’s selection of food and beverages curated by the sAme sAme beverage team.
Prize Conditions
The prize is valid exclusively at sAme sAme, Brisbane, Queensland.
The prize must be redeemed during a dining experience attended by the named winner.
A prize voucher will be issued to the winner containing the relevant redemption details.
The winner must contact the sAme sAme Guest Relations and Events team to arrange redemption of the experience within the applicable prize period.
Advance booking is required and is subject to venue availability, capacity limits and operational requirements.
The prize is limited to a total of eight (8) people, including the winner.
The chef’s table experience, food selection and beverage selection will be determined by the sAme sAme team and are subject to seasonal availability and menu changes.
The food and beverage selections are curated by sAme sAme and guests are not able to select individual menu items or beverages as part of the prize.
Guests must advise of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. sAme sAme will use reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.
The prize cannot be redeemed during blackout dates, peak trading periods, public holidays, special events or other restricted dates as determined by sAme sAme.
Any additional food, beverages or upgrades outside the included prize offering are at the winner’s expense.
All guests consuming alcohol must be aged eighteen (18) years or older.
Alcohol service remains subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements and venue discretion.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other monetary value.
Prize 12 | Anyday Weekly Date Night for One Year (Grand Prize)
Prize
The prize entitles the winner and one (1) guest to receive:
One (1) dining experience per week for twelve (12) months at an eligible Anyday venue; and
A maximum dining allowance of $300 AUD per experience.
The prize includes up to fifty-two (52) dining experiences in total.
Prize Conditions
The prize is valid only for the named winner and must be redeemed personally by the winner.
The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or Anyday reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
If the winner is unable to comply with these conditions, Anyday reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize is valid at participating Anyday venues that are owned and operated by Anyday at the time of redemption.
Participating venues may change during the prize period due to operational requirements, venue ownership changes or other circumstances outside Anyday’s reasonable control.
The prize commences on Monday 12 October 2026 and includes one (1) dining experience per week for twelve (12) months.
Each weekly dining experience is valid for the winner and one (1) guest only.
Unused weekly dining experiences do not accumulate, roll over, carry forward or extend the prize period and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.
Each weekly dining experience must be redeemed during a single visit.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other monetary value.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold or redeemed by another person.
Bookings are required and are subject to venue availability, capacity limits and operational requirements.
The prize cannot be redeemed during blackout dates, including public holidays, special events, private functions, venue closures or other restricted dates as determined by the venue.
Any expenditure exceeding the $300 AUD dining allowance is the responsibility of the winner.

Anyday reserves the right to refuse redemption where misuse, abuse or fraudulent use of the prize is identified.
